Monthly mangement fee : 85 Euros plus IVA for 3 bedroomed villa.

Maid Service: 5.50 Euros per hour.

Please allow additional payment of one month's holiday pay and one month's Christmas bonus based on minimum hours.

Hours worked depend on owners requirements and occupation of house.

We suggest 4 hours per week when unoccupied and 2 hours per day, 5 days per week when occupied.

Pool Service: Between 65 and 75Euros per month inc. chemicals, depending on pool size 

Gardener: Quotation on request - normally approx. 7 Euros per hour.

Laundry Services: Quotation available on request.

Rates for staff and services will obviously vary a little depending on conditions offered, hours required and travelling expenses.

All other work undertaken for the client will only be done after prior agreement has been reached with the client regarding the cost.
