Main beam of 32 x 15 cm, lateral beams of 20 x 10 cm with a distance of 50 cm. Roofing panels on lateral beams, on top of which is a thermal insulating layer of cork 4 cm thick and on top of this "Onduline" (bitumen corrugated sheeting). Finally, a wooden grid work as tile support.

Stairs and Wood Treatment

The wood will be treated with an ecological stain. The colour of this will be of clients' choice. The wood will first be undercoated with a special treatment against woodworm. Gallery and the staircase will have a balustrade of either wood or a combination of wrought iron and wood. The staircase itself will also be made of wood (alternatives possible). The wooden floor and the staircase will receive a final scratch resistant coating.

White kitchen manufacturer "Euro 92". Worktop of 95 cm in granite. Single sink unit in stainless steel with chromed single mixer tap.
